EXCHANGES AND RETURNS



We understand situations may occur and you need to exchange or return. We will do our best to follow through with the customer service. Don't hesitate to call directly if you have any questions. 763-421-2222.


To make a return on a regular-priced purchase, please email liz@anokaclothingcompany.com with the reason for return, we will reply with return instructions within 2 business days. Due to our limited inventory, clearance items and special orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Request a return within 7 days from the ship date on your packing list. We will begin processing the refund once the merchandise is received and approved for resale. Due to the time-sensitivity of the industry, items must be received in our store within 14 days from the original ship date. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging if it came packaged, with original tags attached, and in new condition. Anoka Clothing Company reserves the right to reject a return if it appears to be worn, altered, washed, or damaged. This includes any foreign smells and pet hair.

Unfortunately, we do not cover the shipping cost of returns. If your purchase qualified for free shipping and you choose to return all or part of the order, you will be credited the full item price minus the shipping and handling costs that we incur in shipping the item(s) to you.
You can drop off returns at our location, (as a courtesy to save you on shipping costs). Keep in mind your refund will need to be processed online as we are not capable of processing it in the store if it was purchased online.
